Compass Centre

I've heard many rumours about what is to happen to the Compass Centre once T5 opens, but does anybody know exactly what will happen to what I consider to be one of LHR's best landmarks post 2007?

I think the general assumption is BA will hand it back to whoever they are leasing it from.
