Not inside knowledge but a recent Sindo report quoted them as "to be sold for an expected 100m euros" contingent on the current MD staying there for a few years but then went on to say their most recent profits were around 2.9million. Not a very attractive proposition for any investor with that journo-hyped ratio but a significantly lower price combined with some solid plans to consolidate into their core and unassailable business (especially to shore up Dublin - Cork and protect it from any intrusions) could do nicely.

Well, RE are still going to get most oncarriage from T/A flights since FR don't do that kind of thing (although at DUB I guess the difference is less noticeable than other major airports given the ridiculous transfer situation) and with 9 flights/weekday can't see the biz market fleeing.
If FR are using non-based a/c for their expanded ORK schedule to run scheduled DUBs rather than empty positionings from DUB then why not I suppose.
(edited to correct RE's frequency from current timetable)
