So they're not going to bother Thomsonfly at DSA then?

I only see 2 of Jet2's LBA routes there! So who are they targeting?

Sounds like a squeeze on old Tommyfly to me.

No Rome or Milan or Shannon or Stockholm? Would have expected at least Rome, it seems to be one of FR's larger hubs

Not read anything about this other than in this thread.

They seem a very unusual bunch of routes for a new base.

Has this rumour got any substance?

Jet2 flightdeck are already moving on to Ryanair with more about to go.

A Donny base will just encourage more to apply, if not for the money it will be for a sensible form of rostering.

Good luck to Ryanair

Would have thought it would have been on the Ryan web-site now, surely? (Only recent news item is a bit of EZ bashing) MO'L is not the sort to shy from publicity, is he? With this sort of commitment would have thought every paper in the S. Yorks/Humber region would have been covered in promotion of this coup? Let alone the regional news, BBC especially?
Even the official Robin Hood website has nothing, and they are usually first to trumpet, therefore...
Salt and pinch spring to mind!

No, I think the flights are operated by SNN and DUB based aircraft?

NCLRULES is correct.

FR have operated their three daily DUB-BRS rotations with DUB based a/c for several years and the timetable timings suggest this will continue into the winter.

They are to start a daily SNN-BRS in the autumn with a SNN based a/c.

There have been no rumours in the BRS thread about FR setting up a BRS base.

Still nothing on the Ryan site, Robin Hood site, TV or newspapers. I think this rumour has run it's course. Nice thought though but...

I thought new FR base was going to be CWL just to add it into the Donny/Brizzle debate.
Spurr - Where did you here BRS from, was it a good source?
