Angel Operators in Sri Lanka?

Hi All

I was just wondering if anyone out there has any info/thoughts on any of the possible operators bidding for international flights (i.e Deccan Aviation, Daya Aviation, Nawaloka, Expo, Lion Air, Serendib, or Holiday Airways). I have heard that Deccan is an Indian based company and Holiday Air an addition to its Kenyan based airline (East African Safari Air???...not sure if that is correct). At the moment Sri Lankan is the only local international air operator, correct?

I am assuming that the final decisions have not yet been made.

Any info. would be greatly appreciated and thanks to all
