Scotlands No 1 Airport

The fantastic new Control Tower at the Scottish Capitals Airport is due to open Sept 2005. Looks like they might just pull it off as the scafolding is now starting to be removed. Then again, it might end up like the new taxiways... delay followed by delay...

Yes they are, and have been for a good 2 or 3 months now.
