We had someone ckin in JER for a Rockhopper flight to GCI with no ID. We phoned Rockhopper HQ and they accepted him although this was his outbound trip and he would of been advised on his paperwork (and when booking) that he would be required to show some identification on ckin. Yet he still kicked off on ckin!
Why do airlines keep bending the rules when they are the ones enforcing them. Does this happen with other airlines or is it purely the smaller airlines?

P.s. Sorry for the spelling.

I presume you meant that they accepted him?
I think that for a simple JER-GCI-JER trip it would be unwise to make too much of an issue out of the matter. Don't you ever f$$k up? And when you do, don't you hope that somebody will cut you some slack? There's enough aggression in our world as it is - and where does it get us? Chill dude
