Talking Bigger Aircraft in at Jersey (JER)

Jersey Airport can handle B757 and A320 aircraft on a regular basis, but due to apron weight restrictions, these aircraft will be required to park on a remote south stand with the exception of an Aer Lingus A320 which will be operating in the future on a regular basis to/from DUB. There all up weight on departure means that the aircraft can park on the north apron alowing access to the pier. As of today (Wed 27th Apr), JER will have a once a week SATA A320 operating, but due to the aircrafts all up weight on departure, it is over the maximum allowable weight to park on the north apron ie weight restriction is below 70,000 kilos (70 tons).
