Roster Patterns Help

Hello fellow PPruners - I need your help!

Am trying to compare all available 5 person roster patterns to cover a 24 hour operation.

I've always worked the standard - 12hr 4 on 4 off one but have been asked to look at changing this to a 8hr shift pattern ie:

0600-1400 / 1400-2200 / 2200-0600

Has anyone got a shift pattern for the 8 hour shift they could email or PM as above?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Cheers, Bundanoon

Hey Bundanoon!

I'd have thought the trusty old 12-On / 12-Off (days, that is) would have been more up your street.....

Good luck in sorting out a roster pattern for your team; I hope you get something nice and 'user-friendly' sorted!

All the best,
SA.
