Something different at Aldergrove
Folks,
Flew out and back to Bristol today from BFS. On the way out a Channel Express A300 was sat at the international pier, and on the way back, I think it was an Antonov I saw, this time on the other side of the pier.
Does anyone know why they were there, and whether they are regular visitors or not?

The Antonov AN 124-100 came in from Japan with aircraft parts and departed to Kabul via RAF Brize Norton. Not sure about the A300 but the resident freighters chop and change a bit.
Hope this helps.

Thanks WA,
Do you have any info on a minor incident one afternoon last week (think it was Tuesday)?
Apparently 25 was closed for a while due to some problem with a turbo-prop. Traffic diverted to use 17.
Only asking because a mate was asked to hold for a time in our PA28 while up for a spin.
