Not really when you consider the size of the country, and the size of the domestic market (despite Osama's best attempts) in the USA!

Interesting too then that Continental just announced they lost $1.5 million a DAY in January!

I imagine with the advent of LCCs in India and increasing orders from China (A380s galore as soon as the EU overcomes squeamishness about selling the PLA guns - shouldn't take long!) an Indian and a Chinese carrier should be on that list in 10 years or so.
