You seem very bitter and twisted, had you been bullied by the nasty bigger boys at the fire station or maybe you where a retained fire-fighter,(enough said).
Or maybe you feel so much more important now that you are a pilot.

Just seen a report from Scotland Today,which states SENIOR staff from other BAA sites will cover for striking crews.Sounds like Ops normal then.

Is the strike still ongoing?Not heard anything.Seen the firefighters at one of the airport roundabout on my last visit home!

I think they're on a hiding to nothing though.

Glasgow currently only able to accept category 8 aircraft for the duration of the dispute, medical emergencies which are normally coverd by the AFS are initially being dealt with by a team of nurses located in the terminal 24 / 7.
