Working for easyjet and opearting the A319'S First flight from Stansted I Can confirm that the First A319 Has indeed arrived at Stansted.
It Arrived in late on the 13/01 from TLS and operated the next morning on the 14/01. It did the following rotation.
STN-AMS-STN-PMI-STN-AGP-STN.
It was brand new, Registered G-EZMK
What a lovely machine it is!!
Easyjet made a fantastic choice!!

Oh thats good news.
I thought that they did more rotations a day than that? Or is the aircraft being introduced along side the existing fleet? Or as one A319 joins one B737-300 leaves?

Flew out from Stansted at the weekend on an EasyJet airbus.
The seat pitch on the airbus (towards the back of the plane) seemed incredibly cramped.
The journey back on an EasyJet Boeing (towards the front of the plane) was less pinched.
Is the Easy Airbus pitch lower than on the Boeing, or is it something to do with where I was sitting?
