Excalibur Airways

Just wondering if anyone knows who now owns the rights to the logo and name of Excalibur Airways who went bust back in 1996. They were one of the best airlines I've ever had the joy of flying with and I'm looking on doing a little project on them.

May have dreamt this but the year before they went bump didn't Globespan buy them? So maybe them. Although when a company goes bankrupt, isn't the name free to use by anyone?
