bmi to Belfast

Hey guys.

Looking to fly from LHR to BHD with bmi for New Years. Considering a business ticket - what extras do i get for this? I am thinking the seats on such routes are no different (i.e. legroom).

Cheers!

Hi,

You should get:

(1) Business class check in - at LHR this can be very useful

(2) Lounge access with free drinks and some snacks

(3) On board if it is the Airbus choose the left hand side seats (A-C) as you will have the middle (B) empty and the seats will be wider. It is 2-3 configuration compared to 3-3 in economy

(4) depending on the time of day you will get a hot meal in the Bento box

(5) Hopefully priority luggage tag - sometimes works sometimes does not.

(6) you should be able to get allocated seats in advance

(7) You should get off the aircraft first.

Have a good flight

Regards

I guess all of that is going to be worth at least an extra £200 cos that is what you are going to be charged!

I hop back on forth on this route often enough, and personally (respectfully of course) think you'd be a mug to pay £300 rtn (restricted business tickets start at around £145 one way) when economy is often around £55 rtn all in, with an ok cabin service (drinks, hot snack etc).

Anyone can use the self check-in (takes < 60 secs) and you can pick your seat from the map on the screen. Always operated by A321 or A319, flight takes less than 55 mins. Always a breeze, always a pleasure, even in economy.
