Las Vegas in the sky?

I hear MOL was going on this morning about casinos in the sky being his next venture - if the technology in those IFE boxes can be adapted.

Presumably a few labour MPs would be upset about this, but would there be any regulation of such a move in international airspace. Would the EU have something to say about this?

BTW where exactly is "international airspace" (as per FR press release) when you fly from, say, STN to GRE or from PIK to HHN?
