At this current moment in time do any UK charter airlines have any aircraft on order.

First Choice have 6 Boeing 7E7 on order for 2009 delivery plus 3 ex Vietnam Airlines 767-300's for delivery next year.

Yes, First Choice is (joint) launch customer in Europe for the 7E7.
