Royal Brunei pull out of three markets

Royal Brunei were operating to Kolkata in India using a mix of 752 and 763 going onto Dubai.

They were the last east asian airline flying to the UAE capital AUH was perviously served by JAL, Korean Air, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Mandarin Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Garuda Indonesia and Thai, SQ pulled out once in the 80's a second time in the late 90's, GA in 2002, CI took over AE service there in late 90's early 2000 and pulled out in 2003, TG quit in April '04, the rest during the 80's and 90's, CX are rumored to be planning a return there.

Kuwait was added in 2002, BI now only serve Dubai and Jeddah in the middle east.
