Hello,
First let me introduce myself, my name is Craig Hogan, i have been introduced to this site by user 'Macca69'.
I work in the 'telesales industry' for a company called Just Flights www.justflights.com.
I am flying over to melbourne with CX later in the year, and i am just wondering if anyone has flown with CX. And can advise me of what they are like onboard. i.e service etc.
We have already pre-booked exit seats on all sectors.
LHR - HKG -MEL is on a 747-400
BNE - HKG - MEL is on either A330-300 / A300-300 i think but no 100% sure.
Any advise / comments will be great help.
Craig

Any reply will be subjective, as we all like different things and different airlines.
However I have flown with CX nb both economy and business.I have to say compared with the likes of Emirates and Virgin who I have also flown to HKG with I wasn't greatly impressed by CX.

To me, CX isn't that bad.
Most CX planes have onboard Television unlike some airlines like AC, OX, JL
During the flight, they will close the lights for you to rest.
Their service aren't bad, since all they do is serve you food and provide service only when you call them.
If you are a big eatter, CX meals might not be enough.
Overall, 4/5 would be the rating if i were to rate them.
