EZ to Murcia: what's the story?

Just wondering the Gatwick-Murcia route was announced some months ago and was actually bookable and on the routemap. The route was set to begin in February 2005, is this still on?

Now the route isn't there anymore... Is this the mystery route of the year?

Murcia is crowded as it is already without Easyjet at the airport. I still think the route would continue though.
