Don't know what you're talking about?
Not seen any bad press here, and they are very punctual at EDI, maybe you are referring to their operations at GLA?

This is the second almost-identical thread on this subject that Boris Yeltsin has posted within the last few days.

Some kind of agenda here, maybe?

Maybe he's trying to create the "bad press"?

No problems here at Glasgow either, GVA and PRG starting soon with CDG in the pipeline for early next year!

Thank you

For answering my post and sorry to the EDI troopers the rumours that I had heard were about the Raynham Road run GLA branch of Globespan.

Glad to hear that the press reports in Local Glaswegian News papers were untrue and the crew and pax that told of the 15 hour delay are liars.

Keep up the sterling work the future is ?

While not leaping to comrade Yeltsins defence i believe maintenance problems are being experienced in EDI.
The aircraft and maintenance are contracted in by Globespan at EDI , Channex ?.

In my experience the local press in that area rank alongside
the Dandy and Beano..

Anyone know what aircraft Globespan fly or is it only the 737?

Thumbs up

London Jets

The fleet is 2 B737-300's operated by GSM, and 3 wet leased
from EXS/ICB. The 2 GSM a/c and one ICB are GLA based, the
other 2 are at EDI.

It's well publised now that Flyglobespan are getting B738s. 2 of them to be used on "longer range flights from Edinburgh and Glasgow".

Now that a right cod's ear has been made of mis-information, rubbish media and the like I guess one or two of you might be re-considering their position. THINK what the kind of tripe written here can do to crews, staff and the locals.

I am closing the thread to stop anymore of this idiotic yelping.
