From Daily Telegraph, 30th July 2004.

TUI 'target'
TUI, the world's leading travel group, said it could not rule out being a takeover target after Morgan Stanley doubled its stake to 10.1pc. TUI said it had no indication of the bank's intensions.

Forgive my Ignorance but who are exactly are "TUI"? What is their airline name?

TUI own the Thomson brand (amongst a host of others) here in the UK. Their UK charter airline is Britannia. Other airlines in the group include Thomsonfly in the UK, Hapag Lloyd and Express in Germany, Corsair in France, TUI Nordic and TUI Belgium.
