bmi Reservations Centre to CLOSE!
Just heard the sad news from a friend who used to work there that the bmi reservations centre will be closed by this time next year.
Wonder where they are going to have their calls answered, india probably! Such a shame.

Nope...its going to be in South Yorkshire...Not sure of all
the details, but I believe the call centre company are something to do with Next..
Shame...but seeing as the majority of reservations are now made online, it's hardly a surprise..
Good luck to all those staff who cannot make the move up the M1.
