How many more do you want?

These pages have been full of new route applications since Xmas. I've lost count but guessing 20 wou;d'nt be far wrong

Do a search for the relevant topics. Just try not to appear greedy.

Sir George Cayley

Ps Where are Apron going to park them all?

Iberia - a retrograde step

A shame that Iberia are taking, what I consider to be, a retrograde step in withdrawing the direct Air Nostrum service to Madrid.

The service will now continue - as it did a number of years ago, to be an extension of the Barcelona flight, and add 1.45hrs overall travel time to the journey.

I don't know what the load factors were like on the Air Nostrum, but the timings were good for longhaul connections inbound from South America.

Maybe the loads aren't good enough to justify a daily CRJ flight to Madrid on its own!!

Devil

Perhaps it was taking punters away from their close partner's (BA) service.
Ideal oppurtunity for LCC to Madrid, methinks.

Where's the VS 744 coming from? Will it replace the Air Atlanta 742 on the Friday and Sunday service?

The VS 744 I think will be LGW based. I doubt it will replace the 742 services on a Friday and Sunday!!

I have just been looking at the Air Berlin site and an extra new service has popped up to Hamburg 6 day a week from November on top of Dusseldorf, Berlin and Paderborn giving 24 arrivals a week
