Pilot contracts at U.S. carriers

Anyone know where I can get my hands on pilot contracts for some of the U.S. regional carriers, particularly American Eagle or ExpressJet? I've never seen one and I'd be curious to do some comparing and contrasting before I would think about accepting a job at one of them (I guess I should worry about getting an interview first, though I'm working on that). Just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction and let me know where I might find them on the internet.

Thanks in advance,
Adam
