There is no 'a' in Stansted. Hopefully the Govt. got this right as mis spelling could cause confusion

I gather part of the change is to call it London Stansted Glasgow Birmingham Nottingham International airport to allow easy jet to fly all of their flights from there

Stansted is often mis-spelt, even on Microsoft's MapPoint program it is spelt: Stanstead. Not sure why it is such a problem.

Grrr

I have it on good authority that the BAA will shortly announce a name change to 'Sharon & Tracey International'!

I understand that there are still plenty of non prime slots available at Essex International, if these were allocated and used, the passenger figures would increase substantially.

No Buster, it's going to be David Beckham International - an Essex boy to boot!
