BAA Connections and Baggage team
Evening all 
Hope we're all ok.
Ermm i've been placed (to my joy
) on a week's Work Experience with BAA at Heathrow in the 'Connections and Baggage team'. I was just wondering if anyone could explain what exactly this would be doing?

I think you will find it is more about monitioring both of these tasks as the BAA do not move pax or bags. In fact they do not seem to have a great deal of knowledge in how to run airports its all a veneer. I am sure you will be introduced to the underground belt between T4 and T1.
With a bit of luck you should try to have a look around T5. When all said thought BAA are a good company to work for if a future opening occurs. Best of luck.
