That will give the executives a comfortable bonus while their staff continue to suffer from Willie's clumsy game of "who wants to be a low fares airline ?" - not to mention the passengers who have no service what so ever to look forward to anymore !
Every manager in her/his right mind knows that cost-cutting is not a sustainable turnaround strategy. This is a situation waiting to backfire at them...
BTW, a 6% increase in passengers is nothing to write home about and the increase in load factor is the result of route/frequency rationalisation.
