Are there or will there be any commuter lines flying between Dublin, Belfast or Derry this summer?

Aer Arann stopped flying between Dublin and Belfast - don't think anyone is planning to step onto the route for the summer and Dublin - City of Derry is operated by Loganair under a PSO arrangement with the Irish government.
