PRIMEFLIGHT at BFS

I have just been on the website www.primeflight.co.uk and tried to book a group of three pax to Bru from Bfs for all of next week. The only response from the site was "sorry flight full"or a late flight was offered but only on three days.Looks like they have bucked the trend and everyone who slagged them off can now eat their words.Good luck to them, they must have done their homework and now its paying off. However, lets hope that if its a winner, bigger aircraft and leisure fares can be introduced.Personally I think a dornier 338 would serve this route great.

Good luck to them, however, having just played around with their booking system it would appear they don't have any availability at all for the next 4 months...sounds more like a computer glitch to me

Glynn looks like it may have been a fault on their website because I`ve just tried again for you and there is no problem for a party of three to travel on any day next week so it may be a bit too early for the Dornier. You should have enough change for the taxi into the countryside as they have dropped the original £700 rtn fare to just £500 !!

This service has been operating for less than two weeks and already over 50% of the flights have been cancelled - are they having tech problems with the Piaggio or has the free champagne run out or is it simply too expensive? How long before this ill conceived venture hits the skids?

Belfast needs a Brussels link - a reliable low cost operation not a prohibitively expensive air taxi!

Actually Mr Ranger Im not,we have had very good news of routes and its only a temporary suspention and not a cancellation. But as the Telegraph reported last week,AND I QUOTE "hopes off new european routes from city airport for the summer fade".Well they have faded a bit more since Easyjets announcement, now havent they.

Glynn,

Europe is a big place...there are plenty of destinations left!!!.....Easy have been forced into this by the likes of JET2 and by rumblings at BHD. Surely if the market was that good they would have started these routes years ago when they started LTNBFS. They did from justs about every other base they opened!
