Lightbulb Tf-atw --> G-vsss

According to ringwayreports.co.uk
Air Atlanta's TF-ATW which is on lease at Virgin Atlantic is reported as having reverted to marks G-VSSS. Can anyone confirm that this has happened or hasn't happened if the case maybe? TF-ATW hasn't been operated flights for a few weeks now at Manchester, sistership TF-ATN has taken over VS075/VS076 to Orlando.

Thanks

FCLH

I can confirm this a/c IS now wearing the registration G-VSSS. I saw it yesterday parked adjacent to the Staff West car park on T2. Was this its previous reg when it was a VS owned a/c?

Air Atlanta have formed a new company called Air Atlanta Europe to make their image better, they wished to operate under JAA rules and need a European AOC so formed this new company. Hence the re registration of their B747s. They still operate for Virgin mainly on the Orlando route.

Are Air Atlanta crews still flying the -200s? If so, why? And how do Virgin Atlantic crews feel about this?

Should BA have done the same for so long, there would have been an uproar?!
