Lufthansa phasing out A310s

How many A310-300s do they have now? all will be grounded in March and the few destinations being served by the type will be upgraded to the A330-200 from April '04, routings are as follows;

to Kazakhstan/ FRA-Almaty

to Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan/ FRA-Baku-Ashkabad

to Saudi Arabia and Eritrea/ FRA-Jeddah-Asmara

LH's other Saudi destination, the capital Riyadh is served with an A340-300.
