Post runways at LHR (EGLL)

Hi, just a quick question - which of the main runways at LHR is the one that goes over the cross wind runway (05/23) is it 09R/27L or 09l/27R.

Cheers.

Yep sure is the 09R/ 27L although the approach to 23 does cross the approach to 27R. But 27L to awnser your question.

Thanks Dave

....and 05 has not been available for many years because the obstacle clearance over the floodlights and equipment associated with the Terminal 4 overflow stands at the old 05 threshold would render the runway too short to be of any use.

But hang on a sec. Does this mean LHR has 3 runways? I have seen all these sign about "No Third Runway" for Heathrow.

Mesa so very confussed?

(And if any of them with these signs attempts to fly from LHR, they should have NIMBY stamped on their forheads and told to p!ss off)
