Consolidation in Argentina

President Kirchner today formally inaugurated the new state-owned airline, to be known as LAFSA. It incorporates the remains of LAPA, Dinar and Southern Winds. More here

maybe it's the winds that are blowing in Argentina at the moment but I am not too cynical about this.

Sorry but my Spanish is not that good so did not understand all the article. Can you confirm Dinar are no longer? I worked for them one winter so interested. As they were a private airline (owned by TAC? the bus company up in Salta I seem to remember) how has the state become involved? Or did the State take them over?
