Is bmi's fokkers or someone elses going to Odette Airways' new low-cost carrier? They are passing through bmi engineering.

Its on the bmi website now as a press release.

Looking at the dates for the first 3 A319's it would appear that they are earlier than the dates given for the Fokker 100 retirement.

Does this mean that a deal has probably been struck for a slightly earlier retirement date for the Fokkers.

The FKR's ar not going quite yet, 1 has recently been leased to bmibaby @ EMA which will operate with bmi mainline crews, rosters are great EMA-BFS-EMA-JER-CWL-JER-EMA!!!

The Fokkers that will be passing through EMA are from American Airlines. There may be some more coming to bmibaby

Fokker 100's are some of the best a/c around

I hear bmi are thinking of increasing the number of rotations on the Heathrow/Belfast City route to cover for downsizing from A321 to A320 over the winter.

Could this be operated by a 'Fokker' I wonder ?
