TCUK to double presence at NCL

Just read on BBC Ceefax that Thomas Cook Airlines will be basing another 757 at NCL. This is expected to increase their weekly flights from 18 to 36, create 50 new jobs and inject £500,000 into the local economy.

The story also said new flights would "operate to Bulgaria, Mahon in Turkey, and Kos in Greece"

Funny, because I thought Mahon was in Menorca. Typical BBC reporting...

The story is now online http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/tyne/3184699.stm

And if you are interested in the movements..... LGW is losing an A320 to MAN, some of the flights to go onto the 757 (a little slack this year), and then a MAN 757 goes to NCL....
