Pacific Southwest Engineering (PSE) Venture Consultants proposed Ansett derivative is not likely to be affected by Qantas' new budget airline proposal. The business plan of the PSE venture's new airline is based on open skies competition and it will continue to base its plans on "airline of good fit principles".
