Question BA flap probs out of Jo'Burg?

Just heard about a BA flight coming out of Jo'burg in the last few days, got some problem with flap retraction and had to fuel dump and return. Anyone any info. Oh, and "No", I'm not a journo looking for a shock horror story - I have a CPL, and I had a close relative on board.

Regards,

Davey Clark
