Hey B Sousa I just think that if americans want to get established somewhere they usualy do that . That is the experience from the last 50 yaers.
And not trough any humanitarian agency.
But I guess you want that US tax money will pay for the aid and in the process US goverment will hire locals to to the job of delivering it. I must say it is not a bad idea.Couse then eventualy people might not need help anymore. But it doesnt work like that. The contracts are not signed in Africa. And there are always people who want to gain from bad luck of other people.I`m just saying that you should be a little more respect for the agenys that are doing that. Couse these people need help and it doesnt matter who delivers it. As long as it gets there. I`m sorry if you are not included in the proces of benefiting form that.
