Post "Small Technical Problem" for A340-600

Wondering if anyone knows what “small technical problem” this new A340-600 of SAA had last night.

About 150 odd pax boarded SA367 to Cape Town last night (Sunday 9 February), we got airborne and about 15 minutes into the flight, we turned around and returned to Johannesburg International. The only words from the cockpit crew were, “there was a slight technical problem with one of the engines, which was powered back, and we were returning to Johannesburg……”. Needless to say we eventually got to Cape Town after been transferred onto a B737!

I have heard ZS-SNA is now parked in the SAA technical area, and appears to be undergoing an engine change.

Anyone know, just curious!

Question Cricket World Cup

Was that a A340 - 600 that flew over the cricket yesterday ?

We had sound problems and I could not hear the commentary ?

Cheers
