KingAir Type Ratings in SA

Firstly a very Merry Christmas,

Could any one tell me which companies would provide a type-rating on the King Air 90 or 200, and also how much it would cost.

Secondly are all KingAirs considered a common type as I seemed to remember the 90 can be a single crew aeroplane (apologies if I'm wrong)?
