E190 pilots wanted for 6 month contract

Pulse Check:

I’m just wondering how many E190 type rated Captains and F/Os would be interested in a 6 month contract in Africa? Contract would be signed by a Canadian company and paid in USD from Canada so there is certainty in salaries and conditions. Trying to get a pulse from the market before we go out with a formal posting. What kind of rates are expected for Captain with 1,000 PIC on type and F/O with at least 500 hrs on type?

We will definitely be market competitive on contract salary.

Generally Interested. Compensation would need to be sufficient to be worth it. I wouldn't quit my current job for it, but rather negotiate a break.

This is an opinion request. What kind of compensation is appropriate in the current context?

Air Peace are looking for pilots.
My advice is do not got anywhere near them. They are a Nigerian outfit. Based in Lagos.
Horror stories coming out of there.
