UK/JAA approved flight schools in South Africa -enquiry

Hi can anyone offer advice around JAA approved/certified flight training in South Africa?
I currently live in Mozambique (Maputo) and used to work in the UK as an FI
My CPL expired but I have an old UK lifetime PPL - but the ratings expired around 10 years ago. I want to renew my ratings so that I can start flying again.
Are there any flight schools in South Africa that can help with this or do I need to go back to the UK to renew the licence before I come back to Africa and do an SA or Moz validation?
Thanks for any advice that you can give.
