Serve Air Congo DRC

Good day everyone, I will like any helpful information, negative or positive, regarding flying the B737 as captain for Serve Air, especially from pilots who are flying or have flown with them. I am a citizen of Nigeria based in Lagos, been flying here since 2008. In particular, I am interested in knowing:

1. The business ethics of the management/owner?
  • Are they regular and timely with payments of salaries and allowances?
  • If a pilot resigns in accordance with the contract, will they pay him/her all that is due?
  • Do they fulfil non-monetary contractual obligations such as safe and adequate housing, local transportation, flight tickets e.t.c as applicable.
2. The standard of maintenance on the B737 fleet

Thanks
