I personally know of a number of visitors from the UK and other countries who have postponed or cancelled their trips to South Africa. The ban on visitors from high risk countries comes into effect today (18th), although it isn't noted how long for.

https://www.flyairlink.com/newsSA Express has suspended operations from 18 March 2020 until further notice. Customers holding confirmed SA Express tickets wishing to travel on Airlink must first contact SA Express to have their ticket reissued. The affected routes include Johannesburg to Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Hoedspruit, Gaborone and Walvis Bay.

Additional Schedule Changes-Reduction in Capacity:
“Airlink is making further changes to its schedule of flights on all its routes. The additional travel restrictions both locally and globally and high volumes of requests for re-bookings, cancellations and refunds have had an impact on customers travel itineraries resulting in re-booking’s, cancellations and refunds.

We will temporarily suspend flights between Durban - Nelspruit and Durban -Bloemfontein due to low demand. As far as possible these schedule changes have been introduced to allow Airlink to continue serving its customers with minimal inconvenience, as well as ensuring that no ticketholders are left stranded,” added Mr Foster.
