Red face November Point, Djibouti

Is there any pilot that knows where "November Point" at Djibouti is? We flew from Amman, Jordan, to Djibouti yesterday, and was given the option of the RNAV or a visual approach. The viz was good, so we elected the visual approach. Then the TWR asked us to hold at November Point. We couldn't find it on any of our charts and plates, and when we asked the TWR, they just said it's about 10 miles North Djibouti.
