Air Namibia Hiring Expats Again ?

I've been contacted by an agency about a contract with AN. Would anyone care to comment on life there at the moment please ? Previous posts about AN management were less than encouraging, and I believe a couple of years ago they decided to shed all of the expat pilots ?

So I'm wondering what's brought about the change of mind ? They are recruiting for both fleets, but I would have thought might be more than a few local guys available/interested, and preferable to expats ? That might just be my ill-informed perception though, it's not a part of the world I'm that familiar with.

From what I've read about the company, my expectations are not that high, but I believe it's a beautiful country, and if the company is bearable, I would consider it an opportunity to go and see a little of it. So if anyone can share some up to date info, it would be gratefully received. Many thanks.
