New ATR operators in Sub-Saharan Africa

Hi everyone,
Does anybody know whether there are four new ATR operators starting ops in Sub-Saharan Africa soon? Or will purchase ATR? I am aware of Air Senegal who purchased new.

Hi,

Starbow is Ghana is taking delivery of 2-4 ATR 72-500's by end of September. Not sure if it is wet leased or not. Will only find out once I get there in about a month.
