FLY CAA congo
Any one thinking of working in fly caa .....better bring a cyanide pill along, they will screw you to the stomach.
no contracts, no work permit, no salary ,no tour, black mailing pilots constantly.
Bad maintenance ,Aircraft has no nav equipment, training is done once a year.
they dont pay salaries, and the day you leave they will keep your salary and claim there is no money.
Ive never encountered anything worse.to make things even worse the ceo is an incompetent buffoon with issues against pilots.
in the last two month alone 6 pilots left without claiming their salaries, just to move away as far as possible.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to ruin your career.

What? The airline in war ravaged DRC is poor quality with shady management? Stop. The. Presses.
The first time I witnessed them using fans to cool brakes on the A320, I thought to myself, "Now there's an innovative airline with a bright future. They should be leading the Star Alliance."

I confirm every word by flyingpuppy. What a disgraceful outfit ,what a shable in African aviation .its companies like flycaa which destroy aviation in Africa and in the world , completely regressing the industry.
I hope that joint closes down.
