Jack Off, Personally I think "(Napa)" should not make any comments about individual pilot/s not directly related to an Aircraft Safety Issue until after full investigation.

A incident reported in a hotel that has not even been investigated never mind had a ruling by such a thing like a court, makes me think - you want it to be a story!
