Value Of FAA Ratings

Hello, just wanted to Know what are the most valued FAA Ratings in Most of the southern Country's of the Continent? I really need to get back there, I love southern Africa!!!

Which sorts of ratings are you talking about? Piston, Turboprop, or Jet? Also what sort of job are you looking for? Contract, full time, charter, instruction, etc.
